Project implementation/community intervention
Follow up
Communities are the heart of Burundian society, the power stemming from the feeling of belonging to a community-able to treasure each member-is priceless and truly sustain all the efforts made.
ASASS believes in communities and communities find a strong partner in ASASS. A partner that does not dispensate advice but work on the problems with the people and together with them find new ways of empowering each other and develop.
Our focus is on health and education, because only the flourishing of these two assets can grant the development of a just society, a society exercising its duties and rights, fully engaging in the drafting of the present and future of the country.
Communication, capacity building and advocacy are the instruments for reaching out to people, for empowering people and make them able to help their communities. The full participation of the communities we help and work with, allow us to have a real feedback on the impact of our work, able to guide and monitor our work.
